What You'll Be Doing:
As a Customer Service Officer, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers and clients. Your day-to-day will involve a diverse range of responsibilities, including:
- Managing communications: Handling incoming emails and phone calls efficiently and professionally.
- Sales and invoicing support: Assisting with invoicing and various sales processes.
- Client interaction: Addressing all customer and client inquiries, both in person and over the phone, with a friendly and helpful approach.
- Delivering excellence: Providing outstanding service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
What We're Looking For:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Proven experience: Strong administrative skills, ideally with previous experience in a customer service or administrative position.
- Exceptional communicator: Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to interact effectively with a diverse range of customers and clients.
- Great attitude: A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanour.
- Reliable: A valid Australian Driver's Licence and reliable transport are essential as this is an office-based role in Bundaberg Central.
