📍 Narrangba, QLD | 🕗 8:00 AM - 4:00/4:30 PM | 💰 $53.12/hr | 📦 38-40 hrs/week

Are you a seasoned professional with over 10 years of manufacturing and chemical processing experience? We're looking for an experienced Chemical Senior Operator to join a safety-first, team-driven environment with opportunities for growth and stability.

🔧 Your Role Will Include:

Overseeing daily operations of chemical processing & production lines
Monitoring and adjusting control systems to ensure quality
Leading, mentoring & supporting shift operators
Enforcing strict safety, environmental, and operational protocols
Handling raw materials, transfers & maintaining accurate records
Coordinating inspections, troubleshooting & maintenance activities
Working closely with engineering & logistics teams to minimise downtime

✅ What We're Looking For:

Forklift license - High reach experience preferred
Proven leadership in hazardous goods or chemical operations
Expert troubleshooting and plant equipment knowledge
Strong safety culture and attention to compliance
High attention to detail, reliability & clear communication
Previous experience with chemical goods
