Our client is a family owned and run company which has been operating in Perth, Western Australia since 2011. A volume importer and distributor and offer a wide range of high-quality imported and local products, including speciality very own Bella Terra Brand. Supplying across the country to both large Grocery outlets and smaller locally owned speciality stores.
We are seeking a Process worker/Machine Operator with a High Reach LF licence to join our team. This role requires an individual who is experienced in machine operating, maintenance and food handling process experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operation: Experience in operating and monitoring machinery to ensure continuous and efficient operation according to production schedules.
- Quality Assurance: Perform routine quality checks on products to ensure they meet company and regulatory standards.
- Maintenance: Carry out basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimise downtime and report major issues to maintenance teams.
- Good Manufacturing Practice: Experience in Food Hygiene, Processing and GMP Guidelines during all production activities.
- Attention to Detail: Accurately record production data such as output quantities, downtime and quality issues in line with company procedures.
- Warehouse Housekeeping: Pro-actively maintain cleanliness of warehouse at all times.
- Safety Adherence: Always adhere to safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
Required Qualifications:
- Forklift License: A valid forklift license is essential for this position.
- Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit as will be required to pass a pre-employment medical and Drug & Alcohol Screening.
- Experience: Proven experience as a forklift operator (FLT experience) with machine maintenance, warehouse and Food Processing.
- Team Player: A strong emphasis on safety and working within a team.
- Reliability: Dependable with a strong commitment to safety and workplace integrity.
- Ability to Learn: Willingness and ability to learn new skills and become proficient with onsite data recording packages.
- Location Requirement: Must live within 25 minutes of the site to accommodate shift times and travel considerations.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday (as required up to 5 days per week)
- 9am - 5pm
