Full Time Farm Manager/Foreman required for one of our clients - a major cropping and cattle business based in Goondiwindi.
We are a National Recruitment Company specialising in the supply of both on call and permanent staff across a range of different industries.
Benefits of Role:
- $95 000 to $120, 000
- Work vehicle provided, on farm accommodation available - or subsidised rent in Goondiwindi
- Help with monthly phone bill or work phone provided
The position will entail the following Duties and Responsibilities:
- Understanding of Green Star GPS guidance and a solid understanding of road crop irrigation
- The ability to communicate with mechanics and intown dealerships for services and Repairs and Maintenance on all machinery, vehicles and pump sites
- Organise staff, shift rosters etc
- Excellent Team Leadership skills
- An understanding of winter crops, planting, planters and harvest
