We're looking for a Customer Centre Manager to take charge of our LPG marketing operations, ensuring a satisfied and growing customer base while maximising profitability, efficiency, and safety.
Your Impact
As our Customer Centre Manager, you will:
- Drive budgeted sales, service charges, and customer growth targets.
- Prepare and achieve the annual budget, ensuring P&L accountability.
- Oversee margin management and cost controls within the Customer Centre budget.
- Ensure safe working practices at all depots, collaborating with Operations staff to maintain compliance within DG limits.
- Develop and implement an annual training plan to enhance staff efficiency and capabilities.
- Recruit, lead, and develop a high-performing team aligned with company philosophies and goals.
- Manage and supervise team members, including drivers, with a focus on performance management and annual appraisals.
- Support the Regional Transport Manager in optimising transport efficiencies and fleet management.
What You Bring
- Strong customer service focus with a keen business acumen.
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing direct reports.
- Background in the transport and operations industry is highly regarded.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to travel between Dubbo and Orange.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving history.
