Warehouse picking positions available to join our growing clients and successful team in Old Toongabbie. Seeking experienced warehouse pick packers who are comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
The role will involve:
- Manual handling
- Forklift Driving
- Pick packing
- Put-away / Receiving
- Manage paperwork flows associated with both inbound and outbound deliveries
- Meeting daily KPI targets
- Assist in keeping the warehouse tidy, organized, and hazard free
- Manage time and tasks effectively to ensure all work is completed in reasonable and necessary time frames
Ideally, you are:
- Detail-oriented, a self-starter, hardworking and highly energetic.
- You enjoy working in an entrepreneurial company environment and making a positive difference through your work
- A team player who is able to work well with others and always ready to learn
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Available for day shift Monday to Friday
Preferred Skills/Knowledge/Experience:
- Previous Pick Packing experience
- Current Forklift Licence
- Eye for detail
- Strong levels of reliability
- Hard working attitude
- Hold a current Driver's Licence and have reliable transport
- Experience with receivals and RF scanning
- Enjoy being hands on, reactive and tactical in solving problems
- Sound knowledge of warehousing and logistics
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to deliver against strict deadline
- healthcare, consumer products or pharmaceutical experience preferred, but not essential
