Our client portfolio ranges from NDIS providers, Aged care Facilities, Community care providers, Disability services, Mental Health services and Hospitals.
We are looking for an allocation/rostering officer for assisting in the rostering/allocation of health care and support personnel. We are seeking an energetic, passionate and committed individual to be part of our growing Care team.
You will be required to
- Seek to fill shifts with workers at various locations by allocating appropriate nurses and aged carers/support worker to various facilities in line with site requests and staff ability and availability
- Promptly respond to clients' requests
- Daily booking/replacement of staff and recording on roster systems.
- Effectively maintaining records on the roster system
- Maintain effective communication with all team members
- Confirm bookings to client and allocated staff
- Meet KPIs for shift fulfilment rate
- Organising training programs
- Assist with recruitment and registeration of health care professionals
You will also have:
- Previous experience in scheduling / rostering is an advantage
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced and high-pressured role - always changing
- Flexibility in working hours
- Sound knowledge of NDIS
- Understanding the health industry
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proven time management and organisational skills
- Ability to think on your feet and problem solve
