We currently have a fantastic opportunity available for a Recruitment Consultant based in our Head Office in Milton. This role is across our Healthcare division sourcing and placing candidates for our valued clients.

You will be joining a new division of our business, doing full recruitment process (without the selling), placing temp and perm candidates Nationally. We celebrate success and initiative, attracting the best talent (and jobs) in the market due to our incredible, service-focused brand.

About You:

You are based in Brisbane, hardworking, self-motivated, love recruitment and want to give your team and clients an exceptional experience. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Phone screening.
  • Reference checking.
  • Interview coordination.
  • First point of contact for candidates.
  • Coordinating pre-employment checks.
  • Assist with assessment centres; and
  • General recruitment administration.

To be successful in this role you will also have:

  • Strong administration background with a focus on HR or recruitment.
  • Effective communication and a proactive approach.
  • A highly energetic, engaging and pragmatic style.
  • A positive attitude and confidence in your ability to build and manage relationships with key stakeholders.
  • High level of interpersonal, problem solving, negotiation, writing and communication skills.
