Our client is a leading international role player in the Gas, Engineering and Health Care Industries with diverse expertise in steel-making, refining, chemical processing, environmental protection, waste-water treatment, welding and cutting, food processing and distribution, glass production, electronics and health care.
The team is growing. An amazing career opportunity is offered for Production Operators to join the team at Wetherill Park, Sydney NSW. The role will mainly be focusing on filling, handling and testing cylinders, while also serving customers in timely manner and operating forklifts.
Role Overview:-
- Manual handling and filling medical cylinders
- Preparation of customer gas orders
- Cylinder maintenance
- Operating forklift once completed training of production
- Reading, understanding and performing production duties
- Quality checking
- Ensure products being released are within company standards
What this means for you:-
- Wetherill Park, Sydney, NSW location
- Casual Ongoing position
- Monday to Friday
- 5am to 1.30pm until trained
- Once trained, rotating roster weekly (day/afternoon shift)
- Day Shift $36.00/hour 5am to 1.30pm
- Afternoon Shift $41.40/hour 1.30pm to 10pm
- Training provided

To be Successful:-
- Physically fit and comfortable manoeuvring heavy cylinders
- Forklift Licence and experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous manual handling experience
- Working in a safe manner and aware of OHS
- Live within 20 - 30 minutes of Wetherill Park, Sydney, NSW
- Own transport
- Must be able to complete a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug and Alcohol Screen
- Must have a clear Police Clearance
- Must have full working rights within Australia
