About the role
As a Process Worker, you'll be an integral part of our team, involved in various tasks such as packing boxes, handling scales and pallets, working with raw/cooked meat, chicken, pork, quality checking, and maintaining site cleanliness. This role requires a dedication to working efficiently within a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.
Morning Shift: 4 am - 2 pm, Pay rate $29.21 Afternoon Shift: 2.30 pm - 11 pm, Pay rate $32.71

Skills & Experience
- High attention to detail
- Experience in food processing facilities
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Understanding of OH&S and a safety-first mindset
- Capability to lift/carry bags and boxes (up to 25+kg)
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Own vehicle and valid driver's license - Proximity to Carole Park (due to no available public transport)
- Current work-related, contactable referees
