LSA Health are looking for responsible and experienced Personal Care Assistants to be part of a individual's life, providing direct care, support and assistance to residents making a world of difference.
Support and promote activities for residents, Communicate and share a moment, an interest and reminisce bringing a sparkle, smile or laughter back into their lives. Become a voice, encourage and promote the independence and freedom of choice of residents.
These are just a few of the tasks they need from you.
You will also be asked to maintain resident records and information, utilising relevant systems and in line with specified policies and procedures. Variety of shifts within various Residential Aged Care facilities expanding your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- 3 month's recent experience working within an Aged Care setting
- Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support Aged Care
- Hold a valid Driver's License
- Evidence of Covid-19 Vaccinations
- Police check
