Job description
Located in the picturesque Barossa Valley, South Australia, a family owned stockfeed milling business, producing a range of quality stock and poultry feeds for both the domestic and commercial markets, supporting the ever-growing demand across Australia.
We are currently seeking a full-time Mechanical Maintenance Technician who will be responsible for preventative and shutdown maintenance to various plant and equipment along with the manufacture and installation of new infrastructure.
The position involves rotating 8-hour, day & afternoon shifts and an on-call rostering system. Applicants must be able to adapt quickly to the changing conditions, have good problem-solving skills, be self-motivated, physically fit and able to work unsupervised and in a team environment.
About you
You will have previous experience within a manufacturing environment and a broad range of cross trade skills. You must have a current Drivers Licence. The successful applicant must be willing to undertake a full medical including drug and alcohol testing prior to commencement.
