Location: Rocklea, QLD
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 40-hour weeks (Start times from 5am or 6am, 8-10 hour shifts)

About the Role:
We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Maintenance Fitter to join our team in Rocklea. This hands-on role is responsible for delivering mechanical maintenance services across all Rocklea facilities. This includes preventative and breakdown maintenance on filling systems, DA production systems, cylinder assets, and various site mechanical equipment, including buildings and grounds.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintenance and servicing of mechanical systems across the Rocklea site
Ensuring the operational reliability of production and facility equipment
Supporting safety-first practices in all maintenance work
Responding to breakdowns efficiently to minimize downtime

Requirements:

Mandatory:

Mechanical Fitter Trade Certificate
Ability to pass full medical and drug/alcohol testing
Full-length PPE and steel cap boots

Highly Desirable Tickets:

Confined Space
Working at Heights
Forklift License

Experience & Attributes:

Demonstrated experience in a similar maintenance fitter role
Background in industrial or manufacturing environments preferred
Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
