Out client is a family owned and Australian run apparel distribution centre seeking to inspire on another with a proactive, collaborative and positive approach. Currently supplying to over a 120 wholesale locations, 120 stores and have a team of over 700 employees. Their team is expanding and they are looking for an experienced, highly motivated and positive HR & Recruitment coordinator to join their team in a permanent full time position located in Truganina

Responsibilities include but not limited to
- Create advertisement for new and upcoming positions
- Complete on boarding employee process
- Screen casual employees and conduct interviews
- Provide HR advise and solutions
- Support and coach managers
- Strong focus on safety and to raise awareness
- Assist on process that include probation, performance, workplace issues and management
- Leading recruitment process
To be successful in this position
- 5 years plus in the HR space
- Previous experience in distribution centre
- Team player
- Strong communication skills
- Previous recruitment experience
- Great time management and organisation
