Our client is the leading supplier of LPG for residential, commercial and light industrial customers in Australia and New Zealand and they are seeking an experience customer service officer to join their team.
Features:
- Casual ongoing with opportunity to go permanent
- Monday to Friday
- Day shift 8 hour shifts
- $39.25 per hour
- Located in Brisbane
Duties:
- Provide prompt and accurate information to customers calls, correspondence and enquiries
- Transport scheduling with drivers
- Set up new domestic and commercial accounts
- Handle and resolve customer complaints or concerns
- Liaise with customers, dealers and suppliers contractors as required
- Participate in team meetings
- General administration duties
Requirements:
- Customer service/call centre background
- Experience with transport scheduling
- Great communication skills
- Drivers licence and reliable transport
