Job description
As a Customer Service Officer it is your role to provide a high-quality service in administration tasks as well as office-based role including emails, phone calls, assisting with invoicing/sales and handling all customer/client related matters for the company.
Requirements of the Role:
- Strong admin skills and experienced in a similar role.
- Great communication and confident on calls.
- Ability to interact with customers/clients in person and over the phone with confidence.
- Friendly / approachable.
What you will need:
- Current QLD Drivers License.
- Reliable transport to and from site location
- Excellent attitude to work
