Our client is an Australian owned company that provides storage and scanning solutions to manage business records around Australia. Specialising in information management for many clients to easily secure, store and locate their documents, they are expanding their team and are currently seeking a Customer Relationship Officer to join their team in Altona, Victoria
Key Features
- Temp to Perm location
- Altona Vic
- $34 per hour
- Monday to Friday
- 7am start for the first two weeks, then moves on to 9am starts
- 8 hours daily
Responsibilities include but not limited to
- Processing and completing customer queries from phone and email
- uploading data into CRM, gathering transport quotes through preferred supplier list
- creating project forms and uploading once checked and verified.
- Prepare mail out orders
- Completing handover to next shift with information
- Data spreadsheet manipulation internally or by customer
- Daily, weekly and monthly reports and reporting any discrepancies.Ordering stationery
- Maintaining relationship with national CS team
- Ensuring pricing is completed correctly
- Overseeing new stock deliveries
- Inbound and outbound call management
