Job description

Our client is Australia's lead supplied of Liquid Petroleum Gas (LPG)) for residential, commercial and light industry customers in Australia and New Zealand, being the leading provider and has developed safe, sustainable, and innovative energy solutions for more than 350,000 homes and businesses across a variety of applications and industry sectors.

Seeking friendly Customer Service for administration tasks in office-based role including emails, phone calls, assisting with accounts and customer liaising.

What this means for you:

  • Steady employment on an ongoing basis
  • Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
  • $37.52, plus penalty rates for Weekend, Public Holiday and Overtime
  • This is an ongoing casual position with the option to go permanent for the right candidate

Role:

  • Confidently interact with customers/clients in person and over the phone
  • Administration tasks including emails, phone calls, assisting with invoicing/sales.
  • Comply with industry and company policies

Skills, Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience Strong administration and accounts processing skills and experience
  • Well Presented Must be well presented and punctual
  • Computer literate Experience using multiple packages
  • Customer Service Confident telephonic skills and Customer Service presence
  • Team Member & Customer facing Must be friendly and approachable and be able to work in a team dynamic
  • Physically fit & healthy Must be able to pass a Medical and Drug and Alcohol Screening
  • Communication Strong verbal and written communication skills (English)
  • Residential Live within 30 minutes of Canning Vale with own reliable vehicle
  • Working Rights Seeking candidates with unrestricted Australian work rights as this is a long term role.
