Our client is one of the leading meat suppliers to patrons within the Brisbane, Sunshine and Gold Coast areas and they are seeking qualified butchers to join their team in Morningside, QLD.

Features:

Casual ongoing position with opportunity to go permanent
Monday to Friday
4am - 12pm
$37.50 per hour
Located in Mornigside, QLD

Duties/Responsibilities:

Responsible for preparation of cuts of meat
Bone out meat within reasonable time frame
operate machinery such as mincer and band saw
Cleaning and maintaining tools and equipment
Weighing and packing meat
Assist head butcher

Requirements:

Certificate III in meat processing
Relevant practical experience in butchery
Drivers licence with reliable transport
