Job description

Sales and customer service focused role required of an experienced Admin person for one of our clients - a specialty chemical supplier and manufacturer for the building and construction industry.

We are a National Recruitment Company specialising in the supply of both on call and permanent recruitment across a range of industries both white and blue collar

This is a fast paced role that requires the ability to liaison with both Internal and External customers providing quality assistance as well as being able to support the sales team.

Role Requirements:

  • Answering incoming/and making outbound calls
  • Data entry of orders
  • Processing Invoices
  • Liaising with Freight providers for delivery co ordination

In order to be considered for this role applicants must meet the following Selection Criteria:

  • At least 12 months related experience within an Internal Sales or Call Centre role
  • A strong appreciation of Customer Service principles
  • Be self motivated and able to pick up quickly
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong computer and administrative skills
