Job description
Currently seeking a strong administration assitant to assist the Account Manager for a growing client within the meat industry. Supporting new international staff and being a helpful assistant with there transition into a new workplace environment located in Brooklyn Victoria.
Key Features
- Role can take place over weekdays and weekends (will not work all 7 days)
- Monday to Sunday position
- $30 per hour
- Casual position with opportunity to lead to a permanent position
Duties of role
- Assisting employees and employers with staffing requirements
- Coordinating travel arrangments
- Assisting account manager with a significantly growing client
- Administration support to operational staff
- Completing and assisting employees with registration before commencing
- Attending regular appointments with staff
- Pick up/ Drop off of airport arrivals
- Data entry
- Being a helpful role model to interstate employees
- Setting up employees needs including emails, phone numbers and bank accounts
- Over seeing recruitment requirements
To be successful within this position
- Must have a drivers licence
- Strong administration skills
- Fluent in english
- Flexibility over weekdays and weekends
- Comfortable in a fast paced / pressured environment
- Basic microsoft office, excel and computer skills
- Confidently priortise roles to meet deadlines
