Labour Solutions Australia is pleased to announce it has been successful in obtaining certification in both the ISO 9001 and AS/NZS 4801 standards. The certification process was quite extensive and included a Stage 1 and a Stage 2 audit where the effectiveness of our business management system was examined, both in terms of its design and implementation.
For those who do not know, ISO stands for International Organisation for Standardization and the ISO 9001 is the applicable standard for Quality Management Systems. AS/NZS 4801 is an Australian and New Zealand standard that assesses a company’s Occupational Health & Safety Management System.
