Our client is a leading international role player in the Gas, Engineering & Healthcare Industries with diverse expertise in steelmaking, refining, chemical processing, environmental protection, wastewater treatment, welding and cutting, food processing and distribution, glass production, electronics and health care.

The team is growing and we are seeking production operators to join the team in Wetherill Park, NSW. The role will mainly be focusing on filling, handling and testing cylinders. While also serving customers in timely manner and operating forklifts after 6 weeks of training.

Casual ongoing position
Monday to Friday
On commencement 5am
5am to 1.30pm until trained
Once trained rotating roster weekly (day and afternoon shift)
Day shift $36 per hour 5am to 1pm
Afternoon shift $41.40 1.30pm to 10pm
Training provided
Great opportunity to up skill

Responsibilities include

Manually handling and filling medical cylinders
Preparation of customer gas orders
Cylinder maintenance
Operating forklift once completed training of production
Reading, understanding and performing production duties
Quality Checking
Ensure products being released are within company standards
Serving customers in a friendly timely manner
Minimal operation of the forklift

To be successful

Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting of cylinders
Forklift licence and experience
Excellent written and verbal communication
Previous manual handling experience
Working in a safe manner
Must live within 20 minutes of Sydney
