Job description
Our client is a leading international role player in the Gas, Engineering & Healthcare Industries with diverse expertise in steelmaking, refining, chemical processing, environmental protection, wastewater treatment, welding and cutting, food processing and distribution, glass production, electronics and health care.
The team is growing and we are seeking a labourer/forklift operator to join the team in Blacktown, NSW. The role will mainly be focusing on cleaning and removing labels from gas cylinders getting them ready for respraying.

- Day shift $31.56 per hour 6.30am to 2.30pm

Responsibilities include
- Manually handling gas cylinders
- Preparation of gas cylinders for respraying
- Cylinder maintenance
- Minimal forklift operation, role is 10% forklift, 90% scraping/cleaning gas bottles)
To be successful
- Physically fit and comfortable with lifting of cylinders (BBQ size only)
- Forklift licence and experience
- Previous manual handling experience
- Working in a safe manner
- Must be physically fit for this position
