Your New Role
Working apart of our NSW Sales team as the new Business Development / Territory Manager based out of Mascot NSW, some Key responsibilities in this role include:
- Overseeing the growth and retention of select Managed Industrial Customers
- Seeking and converting new business prospects in the Mascot and Port Kembla Power zones
- Increase the profitability of the portfolio through effective price & contract management and product substitution
- Identify, develop, and commercialise growth opportunities in existing customer accounts and new business prospects
- Continue and grow relationships with new and existing clients
- Travelling around the Mascot and South Coast areas - may include over night stays a few times a month
About You
- Passion and Previous experience as a Territory Manager or similar positions such as a Business Development Manager
- Strong selling and business development skills including customer negotiation
- Thorough knowledge of price and contract management
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
- Results focused approach and takes initiative
- Gas, Welding, Fabrication, or similar trade experience would be highly regarded
