The Role
We are currently seeking a Positive and Resourceful Recruiter /Resourcer to join our Sydney Team in this varied and flexible role.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic industry with a Reputable Blue-Collar focused business. Working with a team of experienced colleagues and able to work autonomously in this role will enable you to further develop your skills within a various industry sectors, resourcing, recruiting & managing accounts for a variety of customers and job types.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing, screening, and interviewing of suitable candidates
- Writing job adverts and advertising online
- Conducting and recording reference checks
- Managing relationships with clients' hiring & line managers
- Placing suitable candidates into work assignments, on-site with our large customer base
- Providing excellent customer service to candidates & clients
- Effective database management
- Data entry and compliance duties
- Promoting a positive safety culture across the business
