About Our Client:
Located in Brendale, our client is a family-owned and operated business specialising in the installation and demobilisation of modular buildings for site administration facilities across QLD and NSW.
About The Role:
As a qualified Carpenter in this role you will be responsible for all tasks involved throughout the construction of modular buildings, in a workshop based role working Monday to Friday. To be successful in this role you will ideally have recent experience in the commercial industry however, applicants from a residential or industrial background are highly regarded.
What You Will Need:
- Experience: Minimum 6 months in commercial carpentry with a solid track record of successful projects.
- Skills: Proficiency in reading blueprints, framing, decking and finish work. Familiarity with both traditional and modular construction methods is a plus.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for precision and quality in every aspect of your work.
- Safety First: Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to all safety protocols.
- Team Player: Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with other trades and project managers.
Qualifications:
- CERT III Carpentry qualification
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to site every day
- Own tools and equipment (preferred)
