Job description
Processing/packing and stacking of building and structural product required of experienced Production Labourers on an ongoing basis in Stapylton.
Benefits Of Role:
- Ongoing role - All positions have a potential view to progress to long term, after a qualifying period and all successful candidates.
- Day Shifts - 6am - 2pm - Monday to Friday.
- 38 hour weeks.
You will need your own transportation, this area is not serviced by Public Transport We are looking for reliable, hard-working individuals who have a strong work ethic that can be a part of this diverse team. The ability to work under supervision as well as being a self starter is essential. These roles are repetitive however, training and up-skill opportunities are available to reliable workers.
We are looking for candidates who possess the following skills and attributes:
- Able to work in a repetitive environment!
- Production/processing or warehouse experience
- Able to count and stack products in an efficient manner
- Reliable and have a good work ethic
- Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous production experience in the building/structural materials industry advantageous
- Own Transport to Stapylton - No Public Transport
- PPE - Steel Capped Boots, Long High Vis Shirt & Work Pants
Duties will include, but are not limited to the following:
- Counting Stock
- Machine Operation to create timber products
- Packing & Stacking Stock
- Stock control and management of stock movement
- Receiving stock and unpacking
- Packing and palletising of finished product
- Housekeeping duties to maintain a high WHS standard
- Other duties as directed
