Our client, one of Australia's leading transport company's is seeking an Inventory Storeperson to assist with the development and growing of a business within a warehouse located in Laverton North
The role will involve:
Maintaining all warehouse records and filing systems
Pallet Administration
Reporting all stock discrepancies
Reconciling reciept invoices
Daily cycle counts
Counting, cleaning and putaway of stock
Random pick checks
Reciepting of customer products
Stocktake
Pick packing when required
Ideally, you are
Detail-oriented, self motivatated, hardworking and highly energetic.
A team player who is able to work well with others and always ready to learn
Strong communication skills and work well under pressure
Physically fit, reliable and ability to work unsupervised
Have current experience with inventory within a warehouse environment
Preferred Skills/Knowledge/Experience:
Previous experience with inventory within a warehouse
Operational, Transport & Logistics knowledge
Enjoy being hands on and is self motivated
High attention to detail
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Rf scanning experience
Full Australian Drivers Licence
Forklift licence (advantage)
