About the role
As a Industrial Automation Electrician your role will be to perform activities related to mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment involved in the manufacture and packaging of pharmaceutical products as directed.

Duties
Diagnose equipment problems and undertake corrective action to achieve optimum efficiency;
Maintain and modify electrical production equipment, control systems and update documentations
Help to coordinate projects working with engineering department, outside contractors, equipment manufacturers and vendors;
Upgrade Machines to Australian Standards and Safety Standards
Perform complex troubleshooting, repairs and calibration on equipment/devices to improve equipment accuracy and reliability; Fast response in case of breakdowns or emergencies;
Skills & Experience
A-Grade Electrician
Current Police Check
EWP licence advtanes
Minimum of 3 years in a similar environment
Experience in mechanical and electrical engineering
Experience in working around various makes of PLC's and understand programming in Logic (LAD) and Function Blocks (FB);
Sound understanding of
relay logic and ability to understand circuit diagrams
electrical devices and components,
reading and understanding electrical diagrams,
troubleshooting production equipment including robotics
Team player / metrics-driven.
Strong attention to detail.
Flexibility and adaptability.
Ability to perform manual labor tasks associated with cultivation events and general warehouse operations
