Your New Role
Working apart of our NSW team as our Field Service Technicians based out of Wetherill Park NSW, some Key responsibilities in this role include:
- Installing our company equipment on customer sites
- Attend/inspect equipment breakdowns
- Carry out calibration of company equipment to Australian Standards within the specified time frame and in full compliance with Companies Calibration procedures and schedules
- Support the Regional Sales Manager to develop and agree all maintenance, calibration servicing schedules and procedures within areas of responsibility
- Conduct audits of Company installations in accordance with audit schedules and procedures
- To maintain the Asset Register of all capital equipment and maintain all associated paperwork in the role i.e. but not limited to Capex forms, monthly reports, service reports and calibration reports
- Carry out any other projects, reporting or assignments related to equipment and customer service that may be required from time to time
- This role requires you to visit customers all over NSW - city and regional meaning over night stays in some areas
About You
- You will have a minimum 3 years' experience in a technical service role within the concrete or related industry
- Customer Service skills as you will be dealing with customers directly
- Experience with creating reports
- Be a organised individual
