Job description
The role will involve:
- Assist with driver and job numbers as per operational procedure
- Transport scheduling and planning
- Follow procedures, policies, rules, and instructions, and ensure OHSE KPI's and compliance are met
- Maintain records either manually or electronically.
- Assisting supervisor
- Run sheets issued to drivers
- 5 - 8 hours daily
- Monday to Friday
- Early starts around 5am

- A team player who is able to work well with others and always ready to learn
- Strong communication skills and work well under pressure
- Physically fit, reliable and ability to work unsupervised
- Available 6am till 2pm, Monday to Friday
Preferred Skills/Knowledge/Experience:
- Previous experience within a dispatch environment
- Operational, Transport & Logistics knowledge
- Enjoy being hands on, reactive and tactical in solving problems
- High attention to detail
- Ability to use computers and software necessary for the position
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
