Job description
LSA Health are seeking EN's to provide a high standard of direct care to clients in a community care setting - comfort of their own environment, including the administration of medications, and assessment, planning, delivery, evaluation, and documentation of nursing care to a level which reflects the qualification and scope of practice.
Being part of our Clinical Support Team, you will communicate open, professional, helpful, and engaging support and information. You will offer practical health care at the point of contact and actively work with people to link them into generalist and specialist services when needed.

Requirements:
a current registration with the Australian Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA);
a senior first aid certificate and a Yellow Card or the willingness to obtain;
the ability to communicate and ensure that client activities and other appropriate information is documented, in line with professional and legal standards;
Current police check
Demonstrated experience as a registered nurse; and
Be willing to have a flu and COVID-19 vaccination.
