Warehouse Team Leader

Our client, a leading provider in Diesel Engines, Parts & Servicing is looking for an Warehouse Team Leader to commence immediately. This role is casual in nature with a view to become permanent following a probationary period. The current pay rate on offer for this role will be $28.50/hr plus penalties where applicable.

Your role will be providing support to the Warehouse Manager in relation to all Warehouse & Distribution functions across the business. This role will require you to work shifts Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm. There may be an occasional requirement to work outside of these hours, inclusive of Saturday.

Your Duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Manage & Handling all shipping and receiving of goods
• Ensure all internal & external stakeholders are kept up to date on freight
• Maintaining strict & accurate inventory control
• Ensuring high standards are met and maintained with warehouse processes, compliance, housekeeping and WHS
• Team Supervision, Delegation & Training
• Conduct periodic spot checks, stock takes and performance management tasks.
• Forklift Operation

• Current forklift licence
