Team Leaders with Potential

Our client, the leading fresh flower distributor in Australia requires potential team leaders for their fresh flower production facility, located in Moorebank.

Working in a hands-on role, you will be required to work within the production team to create and distribute product, as well as provide leadership and organisation to your team.

Duties will include:

• Ensuring quality and accuracy of product is met
• Supervision of 5-8 team members
• Completion of daily paperwork for production and rostering of staff
• Assisting production staff with duties, including bunching, wrapping, labelling and packing of plants and fresh flowers.

Candidates should possess the following skills:

• Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
• Ability to multi task and organise workload effectively
• Able to lead your team and meet production requirements
• Fit and energetic
• Horticultural or Floral experience, knowledge or qualifications will be highly regarded but not required,

All suitable candidates will be required to attend an induction prior to being accepted for work.

Positions are working Monday to Friday, with shifts from 7am-3.30pm each day.
