Procurement - Warehouse Role

Our client is Australia's leading wholesalers of floral products, priding themselves on product quality and customer service. We are seeking an individual with sound administration and warehousing skills preferably with experience with SAP processing to join the national procurement team. This role would ideally suit a reliable person with strong attention to detail who is able to handle a variety of duties within a warehouse-based environment.


  • Liaising with importers, suppliers, and customs daily, obtaining updates and communicating details.
  • Processing orders, supplier, and delivery timeframes through SAP.
  • Updating key stakeholders on imports, deliveries, and customs status.
  • Stocktake assistance and stock movement within the warehouse (working within warehouse)
  • CHEP pallet control system


  • You are highly organised with the ability to learn new skills quickly
  • You must be able to work in a small team environment with minimal supervision
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills
  • You have excellent customer service skills
  • Intermediate MS Office experience is essential. SAP knowledge is highly regarded
  • A current forklift ticket and a background in procurement or purchasing would be advantageous.
