The Role:

We are in search for a hands-on leader to manage our operations.  Working closely with senior management your role will include over-seeing the provision of services; supporting, mentoring, interacting and communicating with account managers and client management team.

This is a challenging but rewarding role.

Your management and creative skills will see a successful running of operations with a smooth efficient service that meets the expectations and needs of our clients.

The role will also require strategic planning and forecasting for internal and external operations and production, compliance to policies and procedures ensuring safety, risk and injury management and identifying strong growth opportunities.

Responsibilities;

  • Managing a team located throughout Australia
  • Managing and building client relationships with key decision makers
  • Communicate with operational team on ways of improving client experience
  • Monitoring risk and Injury management
  • Monthly reporting and forecasting
  • Business Development
  • Regional Travel
  • Training and Development of staff, offering Performance guidance and reviews
  • Apt Understanding and knowledge of HR and industrial relations. Ability to effectively communicate and ensure legislation and regulations are followed.
  • Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following and enforcing standards and procedures

The successful applicant must have a current drivers licence, 5+ years exp in a similar role, experience in the food, processing and manufacturing industry an advantage.
