Hospitality staff: bar &Bistro, Chefs & cooks, Kiosk, cleaners & mai

Labour solutions currently have a multiple positions all with exciting career opportunities at a local Hotel, Caravan park, Café and roadhouse in Hyden WA near a tourist hotspot of Australia.

Previous experience in roles below is desirable but not required. 

For suitable successful candidate accommodation can be provided in town. Which is great for family’s with primary school close by and great local Facilities on your door step.

All roles all will include a variety of shifts over days, nights, public holidays and weekends. 

The successful applicants will be energetic, enthusiastic and will need to demonstrate they have the skills outline for role they are applying for and also have the following attributes;

  • A passion for hospitality and for people,
  • Delivering a consistent, high-level of customer service
  • Available on a 7-day roster (including days, nights, weekends, public holidays & school holidays)
  • Be able to work individually as well as part of a team
  • Willing and able to pass a D&A test prior and during your course of employment 

 Bar & Bistro staff - As Bar & Bistro staff you will need to demonstrate your experience in similar role;

  • Experience in bistro, café or restaurant advantage
  • Hold a current RSA and clear understanding of related obligations
  • Taking, confirming orders and relaying to the kitchen or bar staff
  • Clearing tables & general cleaning 

Experienced Chefs & Cooks -We are looking for both chefs and cooks with relative experience

  • Passion for food With At least 12 months of experience working in a commercial kitchen, Café or similar role.
  • flexibility to work shifts including Mornings, Lunch or Dinner service 
  • Have the ability to work under pressure during peak service times

Kiosk / Reception staff

  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensure the smooth running of accommodation facilities, including the safety and well-being of guests
  • Provide efficient check-in & check-out for guests
  • Be involved in other aspects of the accommodations daily operations
  • Demonstrate a high level of computer and office skills and knowledge

Cleaners- As cleaner you will need to demonstrate your experience in similar role;

  • Experience in Hospitality or Commercial cleaning industry 
  • Experience in housekeeping within the Hospitality Industry (ie. Motel, Hotel or Apartment cleaning) advantage
  • Display exceptional standards of cleaning & attention to detail


Groundskeeper /  Maintenance- As Groundskeeper / Maintenance, your duties will include, but are not limited to;

  • Regularly check and attend to general repairs to accommodation and amenities; including fixing toilets and unhinged doors
  • Ensuring the site is maintained and presented at a high standard at all times
  • Garden labour such as pruning, weeding, hedging and mowing are to be completed in a timely manner and of a high-quality condition
  • Other tasks include emptying rubbish bins, pool maintenance.
