About the Role:

We are currently looking for Customer Support Staff - for an immediate start in our client's Customer Support Centre in Tempe, NSW. You will be provided training and work in a fun & hard-working team to ensure that customer queries and orders are processed ensuring you are always providing outstanding positive experiences for their customers! This contract is expected to last across 6 weeks, with potential for extensions based on the needs of the business. 

Casual Basis: We are looking for someone who can work Monday to Friday across 9am to 6pm span of hours. Strong Possibility for Weekend Work. You must be available for immediate start.

To be considered for the role you must have the following:

  • Experience within an inbound call centre environment is necessary.
  • You are friendly and personable and you can adapt to the different needs of customers
  • You are a strong problem solver, with the ability to think of innovative solutions
  • You are confident working in a fast-paced, team environment, both collaboratively, as well as autonomously
  • You have an eye for detail, with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • You are a good listener, with an empathetic approach to assisting customers
  • Ability to read and process numbers at a quick and accurate pace
  • Proven Track Record of Reliability - References Required
  • Good Computer Literacy
