Cotton Pickers/ Tractor Drivers

We are seeking suitable applicants who has vast experience in mainly tractor operations for the cotton season, the candidate will need to commit for 3 to 4 months, suitable for 417 visa holders looking for their 2nd year visas. Accommodation is provided by the host employer, Telstra 3G friendly.

Our client is based in the Goondiwindi area/ Shire District area, having your own transport is essential as the job locations are remote areas.

Requirements/tasks may include:

• Experienced in operating a John Deere 8000 series Tractor and using the GPS systems
• Experienced in assisting servicing the tractor
• Experienced in operating a 7760 John Deere round bale picker
• Cotton picking experience
• General farm duties if wet weather arises and any other farm duties directed by the host employer
• Strong mechanical minded

• Must have your own transport
• Must be able to work long ours 
• Must be able to work unsupervised
