Admin/ Accounts Assistant - Seven Hills

Our client is a leading Australian Record Keeping, Fit-out and Removals business. They currently require experienced administration/ accounts assistant to join their team in Seven Hills NSW. There is a potential for this 1-2 day per week position to turn into a permanent full time position for the right candidate. This position is to start this Friday 15th March 2019.

Daily Duties: 

  • Data entry 
  • Calling clients
  • Invoicing clients

To be considered you must possess the following:

  • Experience within a fast paced office environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good telephone skills
  • Good receptionist/ customer service skills 
  • Reliable transport
  • Have an excellent attitude towards work and other people 
  • Be well presented
  • Accounting experience preferred, but not essential
  • Able to commit to a minimum 1 day per week
  • MUST be available for a immediate start!
