Labour Solutions Australia (LSA) is an award-winning recruitment and workforce management company, providing specialised recruitment solutions across a variety of industry sectors, currently we require an Accounts Assistant for approx. 4 – 6 weeks at our Head Office in Milton.

The role will be providing day to day support to the Finance Team, assisting in debt recovery and management, cash receipting, deductions and claims. Reporting to the Finance Manager, the role will be working 8.30am–5pm Monday to Friday.  


  • Accounts receivable and debt recovery 
  • Update account status and database regularly
  • Maintain & check existing client credit terms, limits and contacts details
  • Manage cash receipting for incoming debtor payments
  • Process internal staff Expense Claims for approval
  • While adhering to company policies and procedures, demonstrates good customer service

The successful applicant must have:

  • 5 years accounts/finance exp
  • The ability to Multi-Task
  • Communicate effectively in both written and verbal communication
  • Good Customer Service skills
  • Professional email communication and etiquette
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills
  • Proficient in data entry and computer skills
  • negotiation, questioning and decision-making skills
