Workplace Health and Safety Policy

As leaders in our industry, our philosophy is to provide integrity and quality with all the work we undertake. Labour Solutions Australia also leads the way in Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) within this industry. All members of this Company apply quality standards that have been established to ensure the protection of our clients, our contractors, our employees and members of the public.This is achieved by maintaining a Workplace Health and Safety Management System (WHSMS) that covers the activities of our operation.

The WHSMS enables our Company to:

• Conform to legislative requirements, Codes of Practice and Australian Standards;Identify hazards related to Company activities;
• Assess risks associated with the hazards;
• Determine suitable control measures to minimise the risk;
• Prepare safe work method statements (SWMS’s);
• Communicate safety issues to our employees and seek their advice and suggestions;
• Supervise and train our personnel;
• Continuously audit the programme to ensure that all aspects of the WHSMS are functioning correctly;
• Through management review, continuously improve the WHSMS.

Our Management team and all our staff continually review their working procedures and work environment to identify unsafe practices. Instruction, training and supervision of employees are undertaken to ensure that safe work method statements (SWMS’s) are understood, implemented and maintained.

We request the personal cooperation and commitment of all people working within our Organisation, whether they are contractors or clients. Please abide by our safety rules, reporting unsafe conditions.
